Solution Evaluation and Technology Selection
If the organization requires a competitive vendor environment, ISM will objectively facilitate the solution evaluation and selection process using either the client’s standard Request for Proposal (RFP) process or ISM’s proven RFP methodology. Upon selection of the best fit solution, ISM will assist the client, as required, in vendor negotiations, Total Cost of Ownership assumptions, cost justification, and development of the Solution Recommendation Report.

Using the deliverables from the previous stages, ISM guides the organization through a solution alternatives process to evaluate viable hardware/software options to automate the processes and to select the “best fit” solution or solution components.
