Framework for IT Success^SM

The Framework for IT Success^SM, commonly known as Fritz^®, is Integrated Solution Management's copyrighted IT management framework -- the first IT framework that identifies, details, and integrates all of the business processes required to run IT as if it were a standalone business.

Fritz^® is a comprehensive, yet simplified business model and management planning framework -- consisting of a maturity-based Performance Improvement Methodology and an IT Process Model of 27 business processes, optimized for a blend of the traditional, physical infrastructure as well as both virtualized and cloud infrastructures -- that is ideal for assisting in the planning and management of a commercial or governmental IT organization.
