Education and Training

At all stages of the initiative, ISM provides or facilitates the ongoing education and training of the initiative team. The majority of this education takes place during the workshops as the details of business rules, metrics, and process flows are discussed. Additionally, if training is required on the use of any application software and your customized process flows and business rules, ISM facilitates and/or conducts that training, working directly with the software vendor as necessary.

Additionally, our credentialed consultants are fully engaged in the training content creation and delivery. Therefore, in addition to getting trained on your processes, your customized enterprise applications, and your business rules, our team will share insight into theoretical industry standards as well as technical solution details. Our team of resources includes PMI PMP and ITIL® certifications, and project experience involving Sarbanes/Oxley, HIPAA, Six Sigma, and CMMI®.
