ISM works with organizations to be a true modernization solutions partner. We distinguish ourselves from the competition by working with clients to come up with the optimal modernization solutions for their business. In other words, ISM takes a holistic approach in building a plan that is in the best interest of the client.

We do not have any forgone solutions in mind. ISM is not tied to any single technology or modernization toolset. Our modernization solutions are derived from the results of the client Portfolio Assessment Workbook and the Application Inventory and Evaluation, and may employ multiple vendors, technologies, and approaches. It is for this reason that ISM has partnered with many leading modernization technology partners so that we can facilitate bringing your entire application portfolio forward. A given client's modernization solution may include multiple target languages, manual rewrites, technology platform changes, database migrations, and other modernization options. We work closely with each client so the they can objectively chose the plan that works best for them.

ISM provides the modernization management oversight, modernization experience, methodologies, and proven, repeatable modernization processes. Our technology partners provide the tools, hardware, and infrastructure to help us automate the modernization effort.
