About ISM

Integrated Solutions Management, Inc. (ISM) is an Information Technology (IT) Management Consulting firm focused on optimizing the value of Information Technology for our clients. Since our founding in 1991, we have worked in partnership with our commercial and public sector -- GSA Schedule 70 (IT Services), GS-35F-0193X and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) eFAST contract holder, DTFAWA11A-00153 -- clients to address their business needs based upon a clear understanding of the organization’s history, current challenges, strategy, goals and objectives.

ISM is headquarterd in Tampa, FL, with our Federal Government Solutions office in Stafford, VA. An additional field office is located in Huntsville, AL.

There are numerous frameworks and “industry standards” that provide assistance in understanding distinct aspects of the IT business. However, providing high-quality, high-value consulting services requires a holistic view of the entire IT business; IT is a business that consists of numerous integrated, cross-departmental business processes, services, and solutions. However, until now there has not been one framework that brings together all of these perspectives into a single, comprehensive foundation for running IT as a business.

ISM has developed our own proprietary and copyrighted Framework for IT Success^SM, commonly known as Fritz®, that represents a best practice combination of industry-recognized frameworks, processes, and architectures, including ITIL® v3, COBIT®, CMMI®, and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®).

Fritz® is a comprehensive management planning framework, consisting of 26 business processes, that is ideal for assisting in the planning and management of an IT organization as if it were a standalone business. The framework is optimized for both the traditional, physical infrastructure and the emerging virtual infrastructure. With appropriate elements of the strategic, operational, and financial management business processes, Fritz® facilitates the visibility, accountability, resource optimization, and service-oriented focus required of today’s IT organization.
